As a Technical Product Manager within Clario's Imaging function, you will play an integral role in shaping product strategy and translating vision into executable technical plans. You will collaborate with upstream product leaders, engineering teams, and crossfunctional stakeholders to design, refine, and launch capabilities that meaningfully advance clinical research. With a deep focus on user value, technical feasibility, and regulatory considerations, you will guide product evolution to ensure Clario's imaging solutions continue to innovate and scale across global markets.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with Product Line Leaders and Upstream Product Managers to align roadmap plans with the overall product vision and portfolio strategy.

  • Monitor emerging technologies, industry trends, and market dynamics to inform product direction.

  • Develop and maintain a multiyear roadmap covering releases, initiatives, and epics aligned with launch timelines.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define architecture, user experience, and innovative capabilities across assigned components.

  • Lead business architecture efforts, including user and data workflows, ensuring alignment across the Imaging product suite.

  • Validate concepts, themes, and MVP structures with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.

  • Translate product vision and user needs into clear and actionable requirements supported by research and customer insights.

  • Balance priorities across maintenance, architectural needs, and new features to ensure sustainable, scalable product growth.

  • Participate in retrospectives to drive continuous improvement across product and engineering processes.

  • Transfer business architecture knowledge to Product Owners and serve as a subject matter expert for crossfunctional teams.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to build documentation and knowledge resources that support customerfacing functions.

  • Lead crossfunctional release activities and support commercial launch readiness.

  • Develop user documentation and supporting materials.

  • May manage individual contributors as required.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, technology, or medicine; Master of Business Administration preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in product management.

  • Knowledge of healthcare and/or life science industries.

  • Full lifecycle experience within healthcare or clinical trials.

  • Strong technical acumen with demonstrated ability to translate needs for technical teams.

  • Experience partnering with UX/UI teams to define business and data workflows.

  • Proven ability to work directly and effectively with customers.

  • Demonstrated skill in prioritization and strategic alignment of work.

  • Experience leading through influence across diverse, global stakeholders.

  • Ability to make datadriven decisions in a fastpaced, agile environment.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.

  • Ability to travel 25%+.

  • Imagingspecific requirement: Experience with medical imaging, image data capture, and data transfer technologies.

  • For positions managing medical devices:

    • Experience developing specifications under a Quality Management System.

    • Experience supporting medical device approvals (FDA 510(k), CE Marking, etc.).

    • Experience with GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, MDD, MDR, GMP, and medical device security.

  • Only candidates based in United States, Costa Rica, or Hungary.
