The Receptionist is often the first point of contact for clients and business associates, whether by phone or in person. As such, they are expected to present themselves with professionalism and warmth, consistently reflecting the firm's core values of Unity, Service, and Dynamic.

What You'll Do

* Welcome with Purpose. Greet clients, guests, and callers with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression that reflects our firm's values.

* Connect with Care. Direct incoming calls to the appropriate team members with accuracy and efficiency, taking messages only when necessary.

* Own the System. Develop expertise in the firm's phone system and provide guidance or backup training to team members as needed.

* Support Seamless Operations. Provide receptionist coverage for other offices when needed to ensure consistent service across locations.

* Manage Communications. Coordinate incoming and outgoing faxes and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.

* Prepare the Space. Oversee conference room scheduling and ensure meeting spaces are organized, clean, and client ready.

* Maintain Professional Standards. Keep lobby and common areas tidy and welcoming at all times.

* Ensure Secure Access. Assign and manage security access fobs for the Fayetteville team with accuracy and accountability.

* Contribute Where Needed. Complete data entry tasks and assist with special projects to support firm initiatives and team success.

What You Bring

* Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office administrative role, preferably within a professional services environment
* Experience managing multi-line phone systems preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* A professional, welcoming presence with strong interpersonal skills
* The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines
