We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Program Development and Student Support Coordinator for our online programs in Leadership, Aviation, and Fire, Emergency & Rescue Management. In this role, you will provide outreach to prospective students, educational partners, community partners, and professional organizations. You will also collaborate with academic program directors, advisors, and admissions staff to onboard and support students, including advising related to degree plans and articulation agreements. A key part of the role involves managing the day-to-day operations of these programs, including course scheduling, enrollment tracking,and managingcurricular updates. The Program Development and Student Support Coordinator will play a key role in strategic program growth and development. This work includes recruitment presence at regional and national conferences related to Fire and Emergency Management; coordination of marketingoutreach to prospective students; and relationship building with professional organizations. Key Job Responsibilities:
Supports Academic Directors in Program Growth and Development - Conducts market research, supports accreditation and curriculum efforts, tracks performance metrics, managesprogrambudgets, and contributes to strategic planning and alumni engagement.
- May manage the unit budget and approve unit expenditures
- Evaluates existing academic program strategy and makes recommendations to unit leadership for program enhancement
- Identifies, proposes, and implements new or revised unit operational policies and procedures to comply with regulations, institutional policies, and academic program objectives
- Serves as the liaison to internal and external stakeholder groups to identify and maintain academic program-related partnerships
- Leads the development and implementation of academic program initiatives
- Manages degree programs and/or certificates, high impact practice programming and events, and curriculum development and implementation
- Provides full service advising resources and services, provides information about educational options and academic requirements, and communicates directly with students regarding all aspects of the advising process
- Assists stakeholders with preparing and/or maintaining documentation, financial management, and/or reporting requirements related to sponsored grants, contracts, or agreements

Required Qualifications:
Two (2) years of experience in a role requiring regular written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders. Demonstratedproficiencyin Microsoft 365 Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Demonstrated ability to build andmaintainstrong professional working relationships with internaland external constituents One (1) year of experience working bothindependently as well as part of a team demonstrating a collaborative approach to problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications:
One (1) year of experience managing an academic program. Direct experience with student recruitment, admissions, and/orsupport/retention Demonstratedproficiencywithat least one student information or CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Navigate, PeopleSoft) One (1) year ofemploymentin higher education Experience working with technical and/or community colleges Experience working with professional organizations related to Leadership, Aviation,and Fire, Emergency & Rescue Management Demonstratedknowledge of trends and issues in online education Excellent organizational and time management skills
Education:
