Position Overview This position is responsible for resolution of policies and procedures, monitoring and advising regarding compliance and consistency for all Retail account opening/closing/maintenance/teller processes and procedures, and software application problem resolution (Jack Henry/Newgen), and new product testing. This position specializes on advising regarding IRAs and the handling of IRA transactions. This includes fielding Retail staff questions and issues and providing appropriate resolution, advising regarding ongoing Retail procedural and compliance efforts, and advising on Jack Henry compliance efforts for the Retail Bank. Preferred, but not required Undergraduate degree in Business or related field Location Details: This position is considered a hybrid role. With management approval, an incumbent may work a combination of remote and onsite work to perform the regular responsibilities of the role. Actual schedule requirements may vary based upon business needs. Work at onsite location is flexible based upon space availability. This role could work onsite at any of the Old Second branches or offices within the Greater Chicago area dependent upon availability. Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $24.85 - $33.00/hour Old Second is committed to fair and equitable pay practices.
