Your Impact: Drive with Skill & Deliver with Precision You will be responsible for safe, compliant, and efficient vehicle transport operations. Operate with Expertise: Safely maneuver a tractor truck in tight spaces, narrow passageways, and challenging environments. Load & Secure Vehicles: Load, position, and secure vehicles according to manufacturer specifications while ensuring proper weight distribution within legal limits. Ensure Safe Transport: Protect vehicles from damage through proper handling, positioning, and securement techniques. Perform Inspections: Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly. Maintain Compliance: Complete driving logs and documentation in accordance with DOT regulations. Coordinate Operations: Maintain communication with dispatch and monitor shipment status throughout the day. Maintain Equipment & Operational Excellence Your attention to detail ensures both safety and efficiency. Verify Freight: Inspect and verify vehicles against documentation, noting discrepancies or damage. Maintain Equipment: Keep truck interior and exterior clean and operationally ready. Follow Safety Standards: Adhere to all safety regulations and actively participate in safety meetings. What You Bring You are a skilled, safety-focused driver with proven auto transport experience. High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of recent Class A driving experience 2+ years of automobile hauling experience Valid Class A CDL with hazardous endorsements Valid TWIC card Must meet all DOT requirements, including physical qualifications and drug testing standards Minimum age of 21 (interstate driving requirement) Driving Record Requirements No DUI or reckless driving convictions No more than 2 points in the last 12 months No more than 3 points in the last 36 months No failure to appear (FTA) charges No more than 1 at-fault accident Submission of a 10-year MVR (within last 30 days) required Your Strengths Strong safety mindset and commitment to compliance High attention to detail when loading and securing vehicles Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong communication skills with dispatch and operations teams Committed to modeling The Pasha Way: Excellence, Honesty & Integrity, Innovation, and Teamwork Work Environment & Physical Demands This is a physically demanding, hands-on role performed primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions.
