Daikin Applied is seeking a Customer Service Parts Order Management person who will work to achieve world class Customer Service within a team environment by answering customer requests in a timely fashion, processing orders efficiently and managing customer complaints to resolution while providing customers with an unrivaled experience. Location: Hybrid, Plymouth, MN

What you will do:

• Fields incoming customer requests in Salesforce in a timely manner to assure efficiency in resolution.
• Ensures that order processing is accurate and timely.
• Acts as customer contact regarding pricing, lead time, and shipping questions.
• Manages emergency requests for high priority situations.
• Recommends corrective actions to resolve customer complaints.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams to resolve issues and manage requests.
• Handles various special projects as assigned by manager
• Creates and assists in process documentation

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• This is a 6 month contract position to start September
• 1 + year of Salesforce experience
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

The typical hourly rate for this position ranges from$21.35 - $32.99 an hour in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
