Description

If so, this job might be a good fit for you! We are looking for an energetic self-starter to join our team as a Hotel Rooms Inventory Coordinator. What you will be doing: You will work closely with our sales and event managers to ensure that group rooms are entered and tracked to accurately reflect available inventory and occupancy numbers. You will create, maintain and update room blocks for both in-house events and courtesy blocks. In addition, you will work with our Front Office team to manage room inventory and maximize revenue. What you should bring to the table: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a comfort level with computers and be able to work quickly and efficiently to complete tasks. Attention to detail is important, as you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of group room inventory and room blocks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential as you communicate with various hotel departments and our guests. Prior hotel front desk or sales admin experience is required. Marriott FS-PMS, MARSHA, and CI/TY experience is a definite plus! When you will be working: The shift is primarily Monday-Friday days. Because are a hotel that is open 24/7, we are looking for someone with flexibility to work weekends or evenings on occasion to accommodate department needs. Behaviors

Some college of Hospitality and Resort Management (preferred)
High School (required) Experience
1 years: Knowledge of Marriott FS-PMS, MARSHA, and CI/TY preferred. (required)
