Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and patientcentered Primary Care Supervisor to join our team. This role plays a vital part in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth clinic workflow, and fostering a positive team environment within our primary care practices.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, has proven leadership skills, and thrives in a fastpaced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Staff Support
  • Provide daily supervision, coaching, and support to clinical and administrative staff.
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new team members.
  • Schedule staff to meet clinic coverage needs and minimize disruptions in patient care.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, performance feedback, and contribute to evaluations.
Operational Oversight
  • Ensure efficient clinic flow, proper patient scheduling, and excellent service delivery.
  • Partner with providers and practice leadership to optimize workflows and resolve operational issues.
  • Monitor inbox workflows, referral management, and task completion for quality and timeliness.
  • Support compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Patient Experience & Quality
  • Serve as a resource for staff and patients regarding concerns or escalations.
  • Promote a positive, patientfocused culture across the department.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance patient access, satisfaction, and outcomes.
Administrative Support
  • Assist with reporting, data tracking, and maintaining department performance metrics.
  • Collaborate on projects that support departmental growth and service enhancements.
  • Fill in for frontline roles when needed to maintain operational continuity.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma required
  • 1 Year of prior experience in a medical office or specialty care environment strongly preferred.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication, problemsolving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, providers, and department leadership.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR), scheduling systems, and general computer skills.
