As a Security Officer - TWIC Perimeter Patrol in Deer Park, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with site staff and visitors, document observations, and respond to situations with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting concerns, coordinating with site contacts, and documenting actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouses, yards, dock areas, parking lots, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards, damages, or irregular conditions.
• Support access control operations by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification and/or delivery documentation as directed, managing visitor and vehicle logs, and directing traffic flow when needed.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and communication systems as assigned, complete accurate shift reports, and promptly report maintenance issues, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations through established channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
