About The Team

The Global Partner Marketing team is responsible for delivering best in class partner marketing campaigns for Services across global distribution channels through cross functional marketing planning & prioritization, end to end campaign execution, and development of operational workflows and processes.

About The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing professional for a highly dynamic role that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will serve as the essential link between our partnerships and various lines of business, acting as an expert who connects cross-functional stakeholders on priorities and plans. You will lead campaign execution, tracking, and recaps-requiring a keen eye for detail, analytical rigor, and a pragmatic approach to optimizing workflows. You are a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. As a self-motivated and detail-oriented problem solver, you are adept at navigating a highly complex organization with minimal hand-holding.

What You Will Be Doing



  • Lead end to end campaign execution: Manage the lifecycle of a campaign, including cross-functional alignment, approvals, creative brief development (static, AV, copy, localization), work-back schedules, asset forecasting and creating campaign GTMs and Recaps for various partners.
  • Serve as a Strategic Hub: Act as the primary liaison between various lines of business, leadership, and partner marketing managers. You'll consolidate communications and align priorities to ensure seamless execution across all partner channels.
  • Optimize Through Insights: Partner with marketers to analyze campaign performance data, ensuring key learnings are integrated across Services Partner Marketing organization.
  • Foster Relationships: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams (marketing, business, creative, agency, media, etc.), promoting collaboration and effective communication.
  • Drive Innovation: Assist in building and maintaining the next generation of planning and reporting tools (AI or otherwise) to help the team work smarter.

Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8 -10 years of experience managing marketing processes inclusive of creative development and business affairs clearances related to partner marketing
  • Knowledge of the various partner verticals including but not limited to connected devices, retail, carriers, financial, airlines, etc. and the various owned and operated marketing channels that can be influenced
  • Experience leading the creative process including data-based content selection, briefing, clearing, and trafficking
  • Advanced knowledge of Airtable and Keynote, with ability to visualize creative examples in order to gain approvals
  • Experience with global marketing and all the complexities that come with executing projects across multiple markets
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be capable of organizing a wide breadth of projects
  • Self starter mentality with advanced ability to solve problems creatively and cut through ambiguous projects with a clear vision


Preferred Qualifications



  • Direct experience at a video or music streaming service or agency within the entertainment industry
  • First hand experience building partner marketing processes within highly matrixed organizations
  • Real passion for television, movies, music, sports and the overall streaming industry
