Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, guiding principles, mercy standards and NASW Code of Ethics. Position Details: This is a HYBRID ROLE! Will report to VCC and our Intake Clinic at Mercy STL Education: Bachelor's degree required in social work or counseling. Other: Co-worker must be able to communicate orally and in writing. Co-worker must have basic phone skills, be able to listen and to understand and explain complex situations. Co-worker must be able to understand behavioral health issues, facility programs, insurance information and community resources as well as being able to communicate that knowledge to callers.
