How you will make an impact As an Associate Specialty Account Manager, you will support the execution of the approved brand strategy through an overlay or developmental assignment, partnering with Senior Specialty Account Managers or Executive Business Managers in high-volume territories or owning emerging markets and/or pilot opportunities. This role builds foundational specialty knowledge in Urology, Endocrinology, and/or PCP marketplace and core selling skills while delivering compliant, high-quality customer engagement under the close guidance of the Regional Sales Manager and drives demand through targeted account planning, effective clinical dialogue, and consistent execution through presenting company-approved materials and maintaining a solid level of knowledge of the condition and/or disease states along with the specifics of managed care insurance plans and state and federal payer programs. The most likely base pay range for this position is $79K - $110K per year. Several factors, such as experience, tenure, skills, and particular business needs, will determine an individual's exact level of compensation. Base salary is only one element of employee compensation at Halozyme. Total compensation could include bonuses, sales incentives, and equity awards.
