ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Transportation Manager to oversee daily fleet and dispatch operations, ensure full regulatory compliance, and lead driver onboarding and performance management. This role plays a key part in maintaining safe, efficient, and cost-effective transportation operations while supporting overall business objectives and operational performance. WHAT YOU'LL DO
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented transportation professional with strong experience in fleet operations, compliance, and driver management within the trucking or logistics industry. They bring in-depth knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, and IFTA regulations, along with hands-on experience managing ELD systems, maintenance programs, and driver qualification processes. This individual is a proactive leader who can effectively balance multiple priorities, build strong vendor and internal relationships, and drive safe, compliant, and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.
