Job Description

The LMS Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining certifications for International, processing UCIs for Mexico and processing offerings and rosters for Experiential, providing support for New Dealer Launch, the assessment authoring tool, Live, In-Dealer and VCO offering support for trainers.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Main point of contact for the Stellantis Performance Institute LMS International, Mexico and Experiential business partners in relation to certifications, UCIs, authoring tool, assessments, New Dealer Launch and Live and VCO course support for trainers
  • Cross trained to support CDJRF|Alfa Romeo Sales and After Sales LMS Operations Specialist including management of over 40+ Curricula
  • Builds, implements and updates of new and existing North America certification plans
  • Assists with processing Universal Course Information (UCI) requests for International and Mexico UCI forms
  • Process UCI's on daily basis (entry of new courses and updating existing courses in LMS) for International and Mexico
  • Creates and maintains training sessions for all Experiential Sales training
  • Processes all experiential training (Ride & Drive) rosters
  • Supports 20+ trainers with establishing of class offerings for Live and VCO training:
  • Authors and updates International, Mexico assessments and surveys
  • Provides authoring tool maintenance and clean up
  • Provides support for New Dealer Launches
  • Participate in business partner meetings related to support, modifications, configurations and new programs; translate business needs into practical system application and operational requirements
  • Support system implementations or upgrades by participating in UAT to test and analyze functionality and document results
  • Uphold and consistently apply Operations policies, processes, and procedures
  • Participate in other Operations projects and activities as requested
  • Maintain ongoing process and system documentation
  • Maintains records and files of work and revisions

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or another related field -OR- High School Diploma/GED and 10+ years of experience in Learning Management Systems Operations OR relevant system
  • An understanding of training development and curriculum
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
  • Experience documenting application business requirements and user acceptance testing
  • Expertise in dealer training programs & related industry benchmarks
  • Ability to interact effectively with various management levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a rapid pace environment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Familiarity and ease with office automation programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Technical and troubleshooting capabilities are necessary.
  • Experience working in LMS, Microsoft Office and Qlik (or BI reporting) knowledge.
  • Support skills and ability to work with a team and provide clear direction both written and verbally and promoting process improvement.
