Job Title: Senior TPRM Governance & Awareness Consultant

Department: Corporate Controllership - Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
Reports to: Director of Third-Party Risk Governance & Awareness

Position Summary:

The Senior TPRM Governance & Awareness Consultant is responsible for managing the governance and oversight of Adobe's Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program. In close partnership with risk domain leads and cross-functional partners, this role helps advance program maturity, support regulatory alignment, and strengthen third-party risk practices across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage TPRM leadership and governance committees, including preparing materials and helping to develop focused agendas that drive risk identification, mitigation, and oversight.
  • Establish program metrics, service-level agreements, and key performance and risk indicators to enable effective oversight of the TPRM program.
  • Develop board and senior management materials that clearly communicate TPRM objectives, priorities, and progress.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Adobe's TPRM governance framework to strengthen risk management across all third-party relationships.
  • Maintain TPRM policies, procedures, and governance documentation to reflect regulatory changes and evolving industry standards.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Security) to ensure consistent application of TPRM policies and risk requirements.
  • Collaborate with the TPRM Training & Awareness Manager to design and deliver training and awareness materials that reinforce policy compliance and third-party lifecycle management.
  • Support the management and oversight of third-party risk management control requirements and framework.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve, standardize, and streamline third-party risk management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in third-party risk management, governance, compliance, or related oversight roles.
  • Strong understanding of third-party lifecycle management and applicable regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and security frameworks (e.g., GDPR, NIST RMF, ISO 27001) and third-party risk management tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage effectively with senior leaders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications (e.g., CTPRP, CRISC, CISA, PMP).
  • 2+ years of experience leading and managing projects or programs within a risk, controls, or compliance function.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $102,400 -- $191,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In New York, the pay range for this position is $132,400 - $191,800

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
