Summary: The Sr. Business Support Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the Student Engagement and Leadership area within the Division of Student Affairs. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient business operations, supporting both frontline staff and behind-the-scenes processes. The specialist collaborates closely with professional staff and student employees to ensure timely processing of scholarships, contracts, supply orders, and general administrative needs. In addition to being the primary administrative support for assigned units, the individual will cross-train to support the broader team and will serve as a central point of contact for shared resource management, onboarding tasks, and space oversight. Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. This position may require evening and weekend hours supporting activities and programs within the department. Occasionally division and campus projects may require additional hours outside of your normal schedule. Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Anticipated Hiring Range
Range: $18.87 - $23.00 per hour; paid on a biweekly basis Application Materials
