Senior Manager, Subcontracts - Pipelines

Play an integral role in delivering complex, large-scale pipeline projects by shaping and executing subcontracting strategies that protect commercial outcomes and enable successful project delivery. You will operate at the intersection of procurement, contracts, project execution, and stakeholder management, ensuring that subcontracting activities align with both Worley and client objectives. Purpose of the role You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end subcontract lifecycle across major pipeline projects-from contractor identification and selection through negotiation, award, and post-award contract management. This includes safeguarding contractual positions, managing change, and developing effective claims defense strategies. You will bring a commercially astute and pragmatic approach to managing high-value, high-risk subcontract packages, ensuring that contractual obligations are met while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with contractors, project teams, and clients.
