Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. RC Fab work - Auto Welding/brazing, Testing, and Cleaning of product, (also Face off machine)
2. Handling & moving potentially heavier product
3. Performing final inspection of products
4. Understand and follow work instructions, Bill of Material, and Product Drawings/Engineering Specs
5. Flexing from one workstation to another in the Department
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
7. Track and enter scrap in MSS
8. Read and understand a traveler
9. Steel toe required & Hearing protection
10. Supports 5s and safe work practices
11. Participate in High Performance Teams
12. Cross train in other departments
Other duties and responsibilities: Team/Cell related
1. Promote and support HPT and continuous efforts
2. Ability to work well with others
3. Team members are responsible for updating metrics on hour-by-hour board and team improvement board.
4. Self- motivated/self-lead team members with leadership qualities and problem-solving skills are a plus.
Physical Demands:
* Stand for a minimum of 8 - 10 hours a day
* Minimal walking, frequent reaching, lifting up to 25 lbs.
* Occasionally stoop, bend, lift/move up to 50 lbs.
* Able to work with hands/arms at chest high
* Close, distance, peripheral, vision, depth perception, adjust focus
