Baptist Health Medical Group is hiring a Practice Manager I for its Addiction Medicine practice serving Elizabethtown, KY.

Job Summary:

Under general supervision, this position directs and oversees all daily operations, both administrative andclinical services, for one physician office site, with up to 4 providers, and up to 15 employees. Responsible formanaging, planning and coordinating the operations of the office which includes supervising all officepersonnel, billing and collection procedures within the office, monitoring delivery of patient services, planningfor space allocation, and acting as liaison with patients, businesses, hospitals and senior leadership.

Minimum Education, Training, and Experience Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.

• Preferably two (2) years of relevant health care experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Excellent leadership, analytical and project management skills.
