The Opportunity with Overcast

We're hiring an Inventory Control Specialist (Contract) to support manufacturing operations onsite at Overcast. This role will be hired via our growing Overcast division in Spokane. This is a contract role where you'll play a key part in keeping materials organized, tracked, and ready to support production. The estimated duration is 6-12 months, with potential for extension.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Track and manage inventory coming in and out of the facility
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to make sure materials show up when they're needed
  • Perform daily inventory checks and cycle counts
  • Keep accurate records of stock, returns, damages, and adjustments
  • Help restock materials and support order fulfillment
  • Monitor inventory levels and flag shortages before they become issues
  • Support overall organization and flow of materials on the floor

What You Bring

  • Experience working with inventory systems or warehouse tools
  • Familiarity with barcode scanners or similar equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to stay on top of multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Comfortable using basic computer tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment
  • Background in inventory, logistics, or supply chain work

This is an hourly contract role, with a pay range of $17.13 - $35.00 per hour depending on experience.
