Description & Requirements
A member of Forvis Mazars Human Resources (HR) team, the HR Operations Associate provides core execution support across HR Operations. This role is foundational to the HR Operations model and is responsible for sustaining day to day operational excellence while enabling senior team members to focus on ownership, coordination, and strategic work. Key areas of support include HR communications, EA/DRP distribution and tracking, HR resource and intranet updates, incoming mail processing, People Team event support, and special projects and research as capacity allows.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, very responsive, and comfortable managing recurring operational tasks with consistency and accuracy. This role requires strong written communication skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to follow established processes, and a willingness to learn HR systems and tools while adapting to shifting priorities.
What You Will Do:
  • HR Operations Execution & Support
    • Provide daily operational support for HR Operations activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across recurring processes.
  • Communications & Centralized Inbox Support
    • Monitor and support communications sent from and received by the centralized Forvis Mazars Human Resources email inbox, escalating items as needed.
    • Assist with preparation and distribution of HR Operations communications and informational updates.
  • EA/DRP Distribution & Tracking
    • Support the distribution, tracking, downloading, and filing of Employment Agreements (EA) and Dispute Resolution Plans (DRP) using established tools and workflows.
    • Assist with maintaining accurate records and progress tracking for EA/DRP completion.
  • HR Resource & Intranet Content Support
    • Provide HR Resource Management support with an emphasis on intranet page updates, HR forms, guidance documents, and other HR Operations resources.
    • Assist with content maintenance and updates across HR Operations SharePoint sites, following established structure and quality standards.
  • Incoming Mail & Document Processing
    • Process incoming mail for HR Operations, including identification and routing of time sensitive or confidential items.
  • People Team Event & Operational Support
    • Support People Team events and activities, including coordination of meals, life event gifts, and other logistics.
  • Special Projects & Research
    • Assist with special projects, research, and ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned, based on team capacity and priorities.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 0-1 years in general administrative or operations experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 1-3 years in HR, Operations, or professional services environment
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new HR systems and platforms.
