Job Summary
The Research Administration Support role provides essential administrative and operational assistance for research projects and laboratory activities. This role helps ensure compliance with funding and institute policies, supports lab coordination, and promotes efficient research operations.
This is a 2-year research assistant position under the supervision of Dr. Anna Ivanova. Responsibilities include (1) assisting with all aspects of research, including experimental design, behavioral and brain data collection from human participants, data analysis, and computational modeling; (2) technical support for other lab members, including assistance with the online experiments, in-person data collection, and high performance computing cluster; (3) administrative duties, including financial record keeping for the lab and updating the lab website. In addition to assisting other lab members, the lab manager will have the opportunity to lead independent research projects.
Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 -
Assist with documentation, compliance tracking, and reporting for research projects. Job Duty 2 - Collaborate in preparing and submitting research proposals, providing detailed support for budget development and financial monitoring. Job Duty 3 - Help maintain inventory, coordinate equipment upkeep, and support safety compliance efforts. Job Duty 4 - Assist in ensuring research activities follow institutional, state, and federal regulations. Job Duty 5 - Participate in training on research policies, lab safety, and compliance standards. Job Duty 6 - Serve as a point of contact between researchers, funding sources, and institutional offices. Job Duty 7 - Organize and manage logistics for research meetings, workshops, and presentations to support project goals and stakeholder engagement. Job Duty 8 - Maintain and audit research records and compliance documentation, supporting data integrity and audit readiness. Job Duty 9 -

Educational Requirements

Proposed Salary
