About the Opportunity:
- The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the support of production activities for client devices.
- The individual will ensure all products meet customer requirements during all manufacturing processes.
- The engineer will use technical manufacturing and mechanical knowledge to evaluate, troubleshoot, modify, and test parts, components, or assemblies for mechatronics equipment and other hardware systems.
- The client division is developing innovative thermal test solutions for the semiconductor industry.

What You'll Do:
- The engineering team is seeking to grow our multi-disciplined engineering team to tackle new challenges in the industry and is seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to fill a critical role within the team.
- If you are a motivated and self-starting engineer interested in understanding entire systems and applying your understanding to turn concepts into great products, we are looking forward to you joining our team.
- This engineer will work closely with manufacturing personnel to support existing production lines, and troubleshoot processes and products that are non-conforming to existing requirements.
- The engineer will be responsible for implementing changes to correct any issues found.
- Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for mechanical components and assemblies.
- Design and optimize tooling, fixtures, and workstations to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Troubleshooting, modifying, or analyzing mechanical products within an interdisciplinary team to address complex product design and manufacturing challenges.
- Become the technical expert for production build processes, assist test technicians with troubleshooting of production test issues, and promote process improvement in production processes.
- Act as Operations liaison on design reviews and investigate and resolve technical issues throughout the build, and provide solutions to internal/external customers, including interpreting CAD models and schematics.
- Creates assembly drawings, performs assembly layout (SolidWorks), and provides manufacturing aides.
- Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods.
- Maintains product documentation (drawings and specifications) and lessons learned; produces design reports, test reports, operating manuals, and test procedures.
- Create/Implement GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) for assemblies and manufacturing processes.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or production support.
What Sets You Apart:
- Competent in the use of solid modeling tools (SolidWorks).
- High-level understanding of drawing standards, formatting, and dimensioning, including basic GD&T.
- Team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, competing tasks, and demands.
- Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals and deadlines
- Good communication skills, oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Good organization, planning, and time management skills to achieve results.
- Good personal and professional ethical values and integrity.
- Holds self-accountable for achieving goals and standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Good interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
