Advanced Mechanical Engineer (Flex Work Arrangement)
Location: McLeansville, NC | Type: Contract-to-hire | Compensation: $59.22/ Hour
Flex schedule (off every other Friday) some Hybrid work as well

- Perform thermal and structural analysis on complex mechanical components
- Collaborate with design engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize system performance
- Develop and evaluate mechanical models, simulations, and technical designs
- Support fabrication processes and ensure compliance with industry and government standards
- Contribute to technical documentation, reports, and engineering proposals
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree + 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience OR Master's degree + 3+ years of experience
- 5+ years of experience in structural and thermal analysis
- 3+ years of experience using engineering tools such as ANSYS, MATLAB, or CAD modeling software
- Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance within a reasonable timeframe after hire
