Advanced Mechanical Engineer (Flex Work Arrangement)

What You'll Do:

• Perform thermal and structural analysis on complex mechanical components
• Collaborate with design engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize system performance
• Develop and evaluate mechanical models, simulations, and technical designs
• Support fabrication processes and ensure compliance with industry and government standards
• Contribute to technical documentation, reports, and engineering proposals

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree + 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience OR Master's degree + 3+ years of experience
• 5+ years of experience in structural and thermal analysis
• 3+ years of experience using engineering tools such as ANSYS, MATLAB, or CAD modeling software
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance within a reasonable timeframe after hire
