APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Assist with contract and subcontract closeout activities and documentation Research historical contract data to identify potential issues or risks Coordinate with internal teams to track and complete open tasks Maintain accurate contract files and records Provide status updates and support reporting for closeout activities Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or equivalent 6 months of experience in administrative, contracts, or business support roles What Sets You Apart: Familiarity with government or commercial contract requirements (e.g., FAR, DFARS) Basic experience using Microsoft Office tools for documentation and communication Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Effective communication and collaboration skills in a team environment Ability to follow processes, learn quickly, and apply company policies to routine tasks Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
