APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver integrated hardware and software systems Support system validation, testing, and performance analysis Develop and manage system requirements and documentation Contribute to system modeling, simulation, and design analysis Assist in hardware integration, troubleshooting, and overall system performance improvements Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of systems engineering experience OR Master's degree + 3+ years of experience Minimum 3 years working in systems engineering across areas such as testing, integration, requirements, or hardware systems Active Secret security clearance at time of hire What Sets You Apart: Experience with Agile methodologies Familiarity with requirements management and system modeling tools (MBSE) Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt in complex environments Strong collaboration skills and commitment to continuous professional growth Interest or experience in applying AI tools to engineering workflows Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
