FTE: 0.01 Shift: Per Diem Schedule: Variable shifts. Position Summary The Unit Resource Assistant is an ideal opportunity in supporting department-wide comprehensive patient health care. Working in collaboration with the nursing staff, you will be engaged in a dynamic range of work responsibilities and functions, ensuring the efficient management of the unit and the best possible health care outcomes. Responsibilities You will support the units with proper setup, standardized equipment and supplies You will thoroughly clean, maintain, and store all equipment You will apply discretion, good judgment, and a professional manner to all work experiences You will regularly utilize independent decision-making capacities and strong interpersonal skills You will transport specimens to the lab and retrieve blood products from Transfusion Services Requirements High school graduate or equivalent preferred Recent experience in a health care environment Certification as a nurse assistant preferred About Mary Bridge Children's For more than 70 years, MultiCare Mary Bridge Children's Hospital & Health Network has cared for children and families across the South Sound. Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $20.35 - $30.95 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
