WHAT TO EXPECT

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Salem, NH plant, you will be a Engineering & Operation Manager.



As the Engineering & Operation Manager you will step into a high-impact leadership role driving the performance, reliability, and future growth of the plant. You will lead production, engineering, and maintenance functions to deliver best-in-class safety, quality, and operational results.



This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of capital investments, equipment optimization, and reliability strategies while building a high-performing team and advancing a culture of continuous improvement. You'll play a key role in shaping plant performance, reducing downtime, and driving sustainable operational excellence within a globally recognized organization.

Key responsibilities (to name a few):

  • Provide strategic leadership of plant engineering, maintenance, and operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient performance of all assets
  • Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of capital projects, including equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvements
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance
  • Champion a "Zero Harm" safety culture, ensuring full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable regulatory standards
  • Build and develop high-performing teams through coaching, training, and succession planning, strengthening organizational capability
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize costs
  • Identify and implement technical and operational improvements that advance plant performance, reliability, and environmental sustainability
  • Provide overall operational leadership to meet production targets, ensure on-time delivery, and align with broader business objectives

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing environments
  • Proven leadership, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams and drive results
  • Strong experience leading Lean, Six Sigma, reliability, and quality initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make strategic, data-driven decisions using tools such as Microsoft Office and enterprise systems
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute complex initiatives
  • Ability to apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills to improve operational performance and business outcomes
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
