Located in our Salem, NH plant, you will be a Engineering & Operation Manager. As the Engineering & Operation Manager you will step into a high-impact leadership role driving the performance, reliability, and future growth of the plant. You will lead production, engineering, and maintenance functions to deliver best-in-class safety, quality, and operational results. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of capital investments, equipment optimization, and reliability strategies while building a high-performing team and advancing a culture of continuous improvement.
