Daily Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a 14-person engineering team across software and web development
• Oversee software architecture, system design, and SDLC best practices
• Drive delivery of scalable enterprise and web-based applications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define roadmaps, priorities, and timelines
• Act as the technical escalation point for complex challenges and system issues
• Manage hiring, performance, and team growth initiatives
• Influence technical direction and architecture decisions across platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams (ideally 8+ engineers)
• Strong technical expertise in:
  
  
  
  • C# / .NET development
  • Microsoft Azure cloud platforms
  • SQL Server and database design
  
  
  
  
• Experience with enterprise application architecture and system design
• Ability to balance hands-on technical involvement with leadership responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Exposure to SharePoint or Dynamics platforms
• Background working in enterprise or regulated environments
