As a successful candidate, you will: The Hematology unit delivers specialized, comprehensive care to patients with blood-related cancers, including leukemia, lymphoma, and multiple myeloma. The unit also has expertise in caring for patients receiving CAR T-cell therapy and those enrolled in clinical research trials. Using multidisciplinary approach, the team diagnoses, treats and manages a wide range of hematologic malignancies. We are seeking dedicated, knowledgeable nurses who demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, sound clinical judgement and compassionate approach to patient care. Key Responsibilities include: Patient Assessment and Monitoring: Chemotherapy Administration: Symptom Management: Patient and Family Education: Care Coordination: Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to create and carry our individualized care plans. Coordinate diagnostic testing, appointments, and specialty consultations to ensure continuity of care across the treatment journey.
