Job Summary

Observes sales processes to provide administrative and operational support, managing order processing and tracking sales activities. Coordinates communication between sales representatives, clients, and internal departments to ensure seamless service and timely issue resolution. Ensures team efficiency by assisting in the preparation of sales reports, proposals, and presentations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observes sales processes to ensure smooth operations, identifying areas for improvement and assisting in streamlining workflows.
  • Contacts customers and suppliers to gather information or resolve issues, ensuring that all sales support activities are performed efficiently.
  • Operates various sales support software and tools to process orders, track sales activities, and update customer records as needed.
  • Defines customer needs and addresses requests by providing accurate information about products, pricing, and availability.
  • Organizes sales-related documents, including contracts, proposals, and customer communications, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Determines the status of sales orders, working closely with internal teams to resolve any outstanding issues and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Performs routine administrative tasks such as updating customer databases, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate sales records.
  • Documents interactions with clients, sales meetings, and any issues or concerns that arise, ensuring all information is recorded for future reference.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve the sales process by analyzing data, gathering customer feedback, and providing suggestions for improvement.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Manages staff performance and development, coaching team members to achieve their full potential in contributing to the department's goals.
