Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hospital location, including entrances, hallways, waiting areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, as assigned.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, disruptive behavior, and/or suspicious activity within the location.
• Support staff and visitors with directions, information, and assistance during routine operations and/or emergency situations while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
