UC San Diego Health has held its Magnet status since 2011. The Nurse Residency Program is accredited with distinction as a Practice Transition Program by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation in Practice Transition Programs. This program is designed to support Newly Licensed Registered Nurses with a comprehensive transition-to-practice experience through enhanced clinical learning, hands-on skill training and so much more!
