Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate I is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. This role ensures accurate order fulfillment, proper material handling, and timely processing of shipments while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The position requires attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, wrap, and prepare products for shipment
• Verify product items, part numbers, and quantities to ensure order accuracy
• Load and unload trucks and containers and move materials to designated storage areas
• Receive, process, and store incoming stock and materials
• Stock, rotate, and replenish inventory as needed
• Use handheld or RF scanning devices to track inventory and shipments
• Identify and report missing, damaged, or incorrect materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts or powered industrial trucks, as trained or certified
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years old
• Ability to understand basic English for workplace communication and safety
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds and push or pull materials as needed
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime as required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to perform a variety of warehouse tasks
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to comply with safety requirements, including wearing appropriate protective footwear on the first day of work
• Experience operating or willingness to learn powered industrial trucks preferred
• Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse systems preferred

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Work Experience

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
