The Opportunity As a Business Analyst within the Nominations and Scheduling West team, you will support daily natural gas transportation and storage operations by combining strong analytical skills, system expertise, and customer engagement. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate scheduling, compliance with tariff requirements, and reliable service delivery for some of TC Energy's largest and most complex customers. Reporting to the Manager of Customer Service West, you will work closely with customers, pipeline operators, and internal stakeholders to analyze operational activity, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement of scheduling processes and transactional systems.
