| Job Description |
The Assistant Athletic Director for Athletic Performance/Head Coach of Strength Condition is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects related to the operations of the
UNC Pembroke sport program. The Head Coach of Strength Condition will be responsible for all phases of coaching a Division II athletic performance program including: recruiting, budget management, hiring and supervising assistant coaches, and interaction with campus and community constituent groups. Additional duties include program management, fundraising, planning and scheduling strength practices, gameday operations, transportation, etc. Additional administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
