Global Marketing Manager, Vaccines

The Neisseria ambition is to pursue a meningococcal-free world by 2030. Furthermore, the Neisseria franchise wants to ensure broader access to Meningitis vaccine to maximize the protection through disease awareness and education around IMD to HCPs and consumers and shaping environment for shaping Meningitis National Immunization Programme.

The Global Marketing Manager is responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of the brand global commercial strategy and tactical plan. This should be done through close collaboration with selected co-create markets, and through cross functional collaboration at the global level as part of the Global Team.

Responsibilities

As Global Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Shape strategic and operational plans and develop global marketing campaigns grounded in customer/consumer and competitive insights, co-created with priority LOCs.
  • Drive best-in-class launch readiness and support effective global-to-local adoption and execution across Geo Expansion LOCs.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance and utilization with LOC partners and Analytics, enabling rapid insight-led optimisation and course correction.
  • Guide channel and promotional strategy to deliver desired business outcomes, supporting LOC decision-making and execution choices.
  • Lead Agency of Record partnership and governance to deliver strategic and promotional initiatives aligned to the brand strategy.
  • Enable strong cross-market ways of working: share best practices and insights; communicate progress for awareness/approvals; manage key risks and budget to maximise impact and resource use.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including brand planning and execution (ideally in speciality care).
  • Strong history of success in commercial and marketing & execution in-country.
  • Experience with developing and implementing campaigns through different channels including digital, offline and face to face.
  • Experience in collaborating with external agencies, including the ability to provide clear briefs, offer strategic guidance, and foster effective partnerships. Additionally, demonstrable expertise in budget management and proficiency in handling purchase orders with agencies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the products or ability to learn quickly multiple disease areas in several dimensions: epidemiology, business drivers, challenges, public health.
