Responsibilities

As an Aerial Foreman, you'll support telecom construction projects of varying lengths across the country. You take pride in doing the job right and leading your crew to deliver safe, high-quality work.

What you'll do:

  • Install and repair aerial fiber cable while maintaining safety and quality standards
  • Travel nationwide up to 100% on rotating projects (PTO and paid holidays provided)
  • Work alongside to lead, train, and support your crew to ensure safe and efficient work
  • Place, relocate, and remove poles, lines, and wire to maintain system performance
  • Set up and maintain safe work zones (cones, signage, barriers)
  • Review project plans and ensure builds meet design specs
  • Direct daily job site activities and oversee crew productivity
  • Complete required documentation and track crew time
  • Coordinate with Area Supervisor/Manager and manage schedules and material deliveries

Qualifications

About You:

  • Safety-first mindset with a strong track record of quality work
  • Hands-on problem solver who enjoys mentoring and developing a team
  • Have 3+ years experience in telecom construction, primarily in Aerial work
  • Have at least 1 year experience in a leadership role
  • Comfortable working from a bucket truck and climbing poles
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements; OSHA 10 and CPR preferred
  • Able to operate various equipment such as a digger-derrick and bucket truck, mini-ex, etc.
  • Can read work orders, blueprints, and cable prints
  • Seeking long-term projects
  • Willing and able to work Over Time as needed; thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Looking for consistent hours - 50+ hrs. each week.
  • Valid DL with clean record (past 3 years); CDL highly preferred
  • Travel Details:

    * Per Diem 7 days a week - rain or shine.

    * Schedule is roughly 3-4 weeks on, 5 days off - timing the breaks over Holidays.

    * 50-60 hours per week, overtime applies after 40 hours per week. Work is weather dependent.
