About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Scheduler in Denver, CO to support a portfolio of capital projects. These projects have budgets up to $15M. In this role, you will be the scheduling subject matter expert (SME) for assigned projects. You will use Primavera P6 to create, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules.

You will work with Project Managers and crossfunctional partners to ensure schedules are accurate, up to date, and aligned with project scope and deliverables. This is a collaborative role focused on integrity, and supporting successful project execution across multiple capital projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project schedules in Primavera P6
• Manage schedules for a portfolio of capital projects
• Incorporate updates, scope changes, and timeline adjustments discussed during meetings into project schedules
• Communicate schedule impacts, risks, and change to project managers and partners
• Respond to schedule-related questions and provide guidance as the scheduling SME
• Review QA/QC scheduling reports and address issues or discrepancies
• Ensure schedules align with capital approval processes and project milestones

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on Primavera P6 scheduling experience
• Experience supporting capital projects

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $45-50/hr.
