Location: Dublin, GA 31021 (Onsite)
Shift: 1st Shift
Duration: Direct Hire with benefits
Payrate: $80K/Yr. to $100K/Yr. on W2 with benefits

Notes:
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Must have Manufacturing or aerospace industry experience.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working onsite.
  • Must have Minimum 6+ years of progressive HR experience.

Position Summary:
  • Provides specialized expertise in one or more human resources functional areas or serves as a full HR generalist for a business unit. Acts as a business partner to support employee relations, organizational development, and HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Support employee relations by resolving workplace issues, coaching managers, and facilitating team discussions.
  • Lead and support recruiting efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and conduct training needs assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.
  • Support compensation planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze HR data and prepare reports for leadership decision-making.
  • Improve HR processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Conduct internal investigations and maintain confidentiality.
  • Support benefits, wellness, and safety program initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (required).
  • Minimum 6+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong experience in employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.
  • Experience in manufacturing or large organizations highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
