Job Title: ServiceNow Sr Developer
Location: Raleigh, NC
Duration: 6 month contract will be extended
Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): Day
Pay Rate: $64.00.00/Hour on w2 without benefits

Role & Responsibilities:

• The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support RapidScale's managed services and internal operations. This role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Service Delivery teams to enhance workflows, automate processes, and improve overall service experience for enterprise customers.
• Onsite requirements? 5 days/week or Flex Onsite Schedule 2-3 days per week/month? 3 days a week

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience with ITSM and exposure to ITOM, CMDB, or Service Catalog
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and integrations
• Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, VMware) and how they integrate with ITSM workflows
• Experience working in a managed services, MSP, or enterprise IT environment preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
