Senior Marketing Coordinator Location: Phoenix, AZ Your Opportunity At RSP, marketing plays a central role in driving growth - connecting our expertise, client relationships, and market opportunities into a clear and differentiated presence. We're looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support our Phoenix studio - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a driver and partner in how we position, pursue, and win work. You'll work closely with leadership, business development, and design teams - building a deep understanding of our sectors, clients, and capabilities to help shape how we communicate our value and show up in the market. What You'll Do Lead pursuit efforts from early positioning through proposal submission and interview Partner with project teams to define positioning, messaging, and strategies that differentiate RSP in the market Translate complex design and technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives Manage multiple pursuits in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Contribute to pursuit strategy, go/no-go discussions, and market positioning Support development of client-facing materials, presentations, and marketing content Bring forward insights on clients, competitors, industry trends, and sector dynamics that sharpen our go-to-market thinking What You Bring 7+ years of experience in AEC marketing, with a proven track record of leading competitive pursuits and shaping how a firm is positioned and perceived in the market Exceptional writing and storytelling skills - able to translate complex, technical content into clear, compelling, and differentiated narratives Sharp organizational skills and the ability to manage competing multiple priorities Confidence working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams as a peer and strategic partner Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign required), with a keen design eye for materials that inform, persuade, and win Education Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field You'll have real influence on how we compete and how we grow, with the backing of a national firm and the energy of a studio that's building.
