DESCRIPTION

This position will report to the Facilities Engineering Regulatory and Compliance supervisor, supporting continuous audit preparedness and modernization, as well as handling day to day regulatory questions. They will be responsible for assisting with request close out and validation on a day-to-day basis.

PMs - Maximo Compliance:

  • PM/EOC (Equipment/Operational Checklist) Validating and Close Out
  • EC/PE (Environment of Care/Physical Enviroment) Development and Maintenance in Maximo
  • Manage LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) program
  • Process and manage work and reports related to the Water Management Plan
  • Process PM Schedules (adds and adjustments)
  • Add Equipment and Add JP (Job Plan) to the system

EOC/ICC - Documentation:

  • Develop and maintain EOC/ICC (Interim Life Safety Measures/Infection Control Risk Assessment) Documentation
  • Generate Work Order Reports for EOC and ICC
  • Report on Negative Pressure/Positive Pressure and Humdity

RSS - Ticketing - Closing out/Entry/Follow-up WO Create EOC WO:

  • Handle RSS Ticketing, including closing out, data entry, and follow-up
  • Create and process EOC Work Orders

ATG - Auditing Tool Compliance Manager:

  • Perform Data Entry and maintenance of ATG Execute necessary Data Entry

Regulatory Support - Survey Support Back-up:

  • Provide Regulatory Support
  • Serve as Survey Support Back-up

Rounding Support Back-up:

  • Provide Rounding Support Back-up
  • Assist with Training initiatives
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Six years of related experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor's degree in related area plus two years of related regulatory experience/training.
  • Experience supporting facilities, compliance, regulatory, or engineering operations
  • Intermediate knowledge of related areas of IT.
  • Self-motivated and works independently and as part of a team. Able to learn effectively and meet deadlines. Demonstrates problem-solving skills.
  • General knowledge of business and process analysis functions.
  • Demonstrated testing and test planning skills.
  • Skills associated with analysis of processes and issues of moderate scope, information flow and architecture.
  • Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization. Interpersonal and communications skills to work with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.
  • Ability to accurately perform data entry, validation, and documentation control.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience working with a CMMS system (Maximo strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs, equipment records, and work order lifecycle.
  • Experience creating, processing, and closing work orders and reports.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Pay Transparency Act

Annual Full Pay Range: $71,600 - $127,400 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)

Hourly Equivalent: $34.29 - $61.02

Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
