JOB DESCRIPTION

Project & Quality Coordinator, LMS Content

The Quality & Project Coordinator provides overall project coordination support, serving as the primary liaison between the content team and Project Leadership to maintain clear communication, alignment, and timely progress across all teams involved in content development. In addition, the Quality & Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all content loaded into the LMS meets established quality standards prior to client delivery. This role documents all issues, resolutions, and testing steps, and manages the coordination of content changes throughout the testing phase.

Key Responsibilities



  • Upload content into the LMS
  • Complete thorough Quality Assurance for all content projects including media assets such as videos, activities, assessments, PDFs and all items associated to them.
  • Ensure closed captioning has been configured as expected
  • Ensure the content is functioning as expected in the LMS
  • Export reports to ensure that they are working as expected and provide summary of data in multiple ways as expected
  • Conduct thorough investigation of any content related issues that may arise and coordinating the resolution as quickly as possible
  • Communicate issues through an established system to ensure that all issues are resolved and content is loaded to the LMS as expected
  • Ensure that any permissions or filters are applied as expected.
  • Other duties to support the team and Project Leadership, as assigned.


Education



  • Degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience of 1-3+ years .

  • Willingness to take initiative to improve processes and the final product
  • Strong work ethic
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, OneDrive; familiarity with creative tools is a plus.
  • Must have Asana experience in previous roles
