* Analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies, and define effective channels to reach and engage targeted users, contributing to integrated marketing efforts.
* Develop innovative insights and thorough analyses for marketing leadership and cross-functional partners by scoping and conducting user research and analyzing market trends.
* Define critical user journeys for current and future consumers, evaluating product and feature improvements and identifying user lifecycle strategies.
* Identify and recommend creative solutions to defined problems, continuously seeking better methods and tools.
* Develop and roll out strategies for product marketing content across various channels with minimal guidance, ensuring alignment with product strategy and collaborating with production teams for final publication.
* Define, identify, collect, and track appropriate quantitative and qualitative product or business metrics for new or existing ventures.
* Validate market size and opportunity, leveraging comprehensive field knowledge to identify market landscape opportunities and collaborate with relevant teams to build supporting rationales and visions.
* Understand products and target audiences, develop compelling product positioning, and execute go-to-market plans and messaging for new products and features.
* Develop user insights to help cross-functional teams incorporate user voice into product development and marketing strategies, advocating for in-product user experience and promoting engagement.
* Craft product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies using voice and user insights, adapting communications to specific product nuances and goals.
* Act as a subject matter expert on products or features for partners across teams, providing input in product development, conducting market analysis, and predicting industry trends.
* Actively champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) by fostering a climate of belonging, encouraging inclusive decision-making, building psychological safety, and facilitating inclusive meetings.
