Position Summary The Senior Recruiter is a high-impact, revenue-generating role responsible for delivering executive-level talent solutions while actively contributing to business growth within BBSI's Professional Services division. This role blends consultative client development (35%) with full-cycle executive recruiting execution (50%), while maintaining strategic oversight of compliance and operational coordination. The Senior Recruiter serves as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders and hiring managers, driving both placement success and market expansion. Time Allocation Breakdown * Recruitment Execution - 50% * Business Development & Client Growth - 35% * Administrative & Reporting - 10% * Operational Collaboration - 5% Recruitment Execution (50%) * Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level to executive Professional Services roles (Accounting & Finance, HR, Operations, IT, Administrative, Leadership). * Conduct in-depth intake meetings with executives and hiring managers to define position scope and success profiles. * Source, screen, interview, and evaluate high-level talent using behavioral and competency-based methodologies. * Develop and maintain proactive pipelines for direct-hire and contract-to-hire placements. * Present curated candidate slates including detailed write-ups, compensation analysis, and market insights. * Lead offer negotiations and manage complex compensation discussions. * Ensure high-touch candidate experience throughout the lifecycle. * Maintain strong placement ratios and time-to-fill metrics. Business Development & Client Growth (35%) * Identify and generate new Professional Services job orders through networking, referrals, executive outreach, and market engagement. * Develop and expand relationships with C-suite leaders and senior decision-makers. * Drive account penetration within existing clients (cross-functional placements, new departments, leadership roles). * Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence to identify growth opportunities. * Partner with branch and regional leadership to support revenue and margin goals. * Represent BBSI at executive networking events, industry associations, and community engagements. * Maintain active pipeline forecasting tied to revenue production. Administrative & Reporting (10%) * Maintain accurate ATS/CRM documentation, pipeline tracking, and client communication logs. * Track recruiting and sales metrics tied to revenue and performance. * Prepare executive-level activity reports and placement summaries. * Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and client standards. Operational Collaboration (5%) * Collaborate with internal leadership to prioritize high-impact requisitions. * Participate in strategic staffing and revenue meetings. * Support onboarding coordination for direct-hire and contract conversions. * Contribute to best practices and process improvements. Qualifications * 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency or professional services staffing. * Proven success placing mid-level to executive leadership talent. * Demonstrated ability to build and grow client relationships. * Strong executive presence and consultative communication style. * Experience negotiating executive compensation packages. * Deep understanding of sourcing platforms, ATS/CRM systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter. * Ability to manage multiple high-level requisitions with urgency and precision. * Strong business acumen and market awareness Salary and Other Compensation: The starting hourly pay for this position is between $65-75K. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography, skills, education, experience, certifications, and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for quarterly incentive pay in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Paid Time Off: Accrued sick leave of 1 hour for every 40 hours of work, with maximum based on state or regional requirements; vacation accrues up to 80 hours in the first year, up to 120 hours in years 2-4, and up to 160 hours in the fifth year; 6 paid holidays annually, 4 paid volunteer days annually.
