Technical lead

Seeking highly skilled and motivated Mobile, Web Application Development Lead/Engineers with 3+ years of experience in WiFi, Layer-2, Layer-3 Telecommunication development to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Hybrid work model).

• Graduate or Master's in Engineering (Computer Science/IT preferred) with minimum 3+ years of experience in mobile or web application development.

• Prior experience developing Wi-Fi, Layer-2, Layer-3 Telecommunication software modules and devices.

• Expertise in mobile UI/UX development frameworks and tools, including: Native Mobile Development: React Native, SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose.

• Cross-Platform/Hybrid Development: Angular/Ionic, Flutter for seamless mobile web/hybrid apps.

• Visual UI Optimization: Tools like Figma for design systems, Storybook for component testing, and pixel-perfect responsive design.

• Accessibility Implementation: Experience with WCAG guidelines and tools (e.g., Axe for audits, VoiceOver/TalkBack integration).

• Proficiency with development frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Mocha for unit testing).

• Experience with Angular/Ionic frameworks.

• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

• Experience with cloud platforms

You have:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering stream with 3 to 8 yrs.
• Seeking highly skilled and motivated Mobile, Web Application Development Lead/Engineers with 3+ years of experience in WiFi, Layer-2, Layer-3 and proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Expertise in mobile UI/UX development frameworks and tools, including: Native Mobile Development: React Native, SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose.
• Prior experience developing Wi-Fi, Layer-2, Layer-3 Telecommunication software modules and devices.

It would be nice if you also had:

• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Proven experience in developing and optimizing responsive mobile and web applications with modern UI/UX principles.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, Cross-platform / Hybrid development using React Native, Flutter, Angular, React.js, Vue.js, and UI/UX design/prototyping tools like Figma
