Overview The Human Resource Specialist I supports the HR function and processes within the HR Business Partner Center of Excellence as part of the AIT Human Resources team. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, this role provides support to the HR Business Partner team, managers, and teammates to ensure we meet business objectives through best people practices. Responsibilities
Assists with the collection and analysis of HR metrics to gain insights that help drive the development of people strategy (ex: exit interviews, stay interviews, turnover trends, Core Value Index survey analysis, etc.).
Qualifications Education * Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business, or Related Field (Required) Experience * 3+ years () Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * MS Office Suite High * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred * Time management and multi-tasking High * Ability to learn/operate an HRIS system High * Ability to maintain confidential information with discretion High * Strong written and verbal communication skills High * Attention to detail and accuracy High Licenses and Certifications * PHR or SHRM-CP - (Preferred) What AIT Can Offer You In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of business and/or individual performance metrics (dependent on position).
