This position is remote, but the candidate must reside in the Pacific Time Zone. This role is part-time, up to 25 hours per week. Your work will directly contribute to expanding the brand's direct-to-consumer reach and strengthening its subscription model, making a tangible difference in its market presence and revenue growth. **What You'll Do** * **Drive Growth & Engagement:**
* Execute lifecycle campaigns to support subscription acquisition, seamless onboarding, and long-term retention.
* Build engaging customer journeys that encourage repeat purchases, timely replenishment, and maximize customer lifetime value.
* Support robust testing strategies to continuously improve conversion rates, enhance customer engagement, and reduce churn.
* **Campaign Execution & Optimization:**
* Develop and deploy impactful email campaigns and A/B tests, ensuring alignment with brand standards and growth objectives.
* Rigorously QA and validate all campaign elements, including links, personalization, and landing page experiences, for flawless execution.
* Support comprehensive campaign tracking and provide clear visibility into performance metrics.
* **Lifecycle Journey Development:**
* Design and maintain automated customer journeys across critical lifecycle stages, including new customer onboarding, subscription engagement, retention, and win-back initiatives.
* Implement sophisticated audience logic, triggers, and journey branching to create highly relevant customer paths.
* Execute optimizations based on performance insights, continuously refining the customer experience.
* **Segmentation & Personalization:**
* Implement advanced segmentation strategies leveraging purchase behavior, product preferences, and engagement signals.
* Build dynamic content and personalization logic to deliver tailored messages at scale.
* Support cross-sell and product recommendation strategies to enhance customer value.
* **Performance & Insights:**
* Pull and analyze comprehensive campaign and lifecycle performance data.
* Support A/B test reporting and ongoing optimization efforts, translating data into actionable recommendations.
* Help interpret data to uncover key insights into customer behavior and retention trends.
* **Template & Experience Quality:**
* Build and maintain scalable email templates, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
* Ensure all communications uphold brand standards and exceed customer experience expectations.
* Support QA, accessibility, and continuous improvement of all lifecycle assets. **Must-Have Qualifications** * 2-5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing, preferably within:
* CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods)
* Food & beverage
* DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) / eCommerce brands
* Proven experience supporting subscription or repeat-purchase business models.
* Hands-on experience with leading marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Strong understanding of:
* Customer lifecycle marketing principles
* Retention and loyalty strategies
* Consumer behavior and segmentation best practices
* Experience with Google Analytics (GA4 or similar) for performance tracking and reporting.
* Exceptional attention to detail with a strong discipline for execution and quality assurance. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications** * Experience working on food, beverage, or lifestyle brands.
* Familiarity with advanced subscription lifecycle strategies (e.g., pause, skip, churn prevention, win-back flows).
