What we do:

The Trade Desk is seeking a Sr Workplace Associate to join our dynamic Workplace Services team! Our Sr Workplace Associatesare responsible forsupporting all day-to-day office operations with the goal of providinga positive, safe, productive, and "best in class" workplace experience. This positionis responsible foroffering the highest level of customer and employee service whileassistingwith management of high-volume, high-touchservicesand programs.

What you'll do:



  • Working under the direct supervision of your onsite manager, act as a primary point of contact for the office andassistwith daily operational workplace requirements.


  • Engage with employees at all levels of the organization to get the "pulse of the culture" within the workplace while providing a positive employee and guest experience for all.


  • Work withmanagement to support and executeprojects.


  • Actively contributes to a highly collaborative team environment, stepping in to support peers and shared team priorities.


  • Takes full ownership of assigned programs and operational areas, ensuring end-to-end execution and continuous improvement.


  • Work withinbudgets provided withaccountability.


  • Approaches every interaction with a hospitality-first mindset,anticipatingneeds and creating thoughtful, high-impact employee experiences.


  • Proactive approach to change management in a growing environment.


  • Attend promptly to maintenance issues and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.


  • Conduct regular building walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness, address immediate maintenance or safety concerns, and communicate withemployeesas necessary.


  • Supportsthe team with creative communication strategies and newworkplaceprocesses.


  • Assistwiththenew hire onboarding process for employees and contractors.


  • Partner with internal stakeholders and special committees toassistwith organizing, planning, budgeting, andidentifyingoutside vendors for in-house activities such as morale events, team meetings, and holiday parties.


  • Plays an active role in shaping and reinforcing office culture through daily interactions, programming, and employee engagement.


  • Understands and contributes to scalable operational processes, helping standardize workflows across a growing office footprint.


  • Uses data and feedback to continuously improve workplace programs and services.


  • Builds strong relationships with cross-functional partners (People, IT,Engagement,Facilities,Real Estate) to deliver seamless workplace experiences.
  • Collaborate with global Workplace Services colleagues on best practices.


Who you are:



  • Minimum 3+ years ofpreviousexperience working in a fast-paced office or professional work environment. Experience withintheworkplace fieldisa plus.


  • Genuine interest in providing an outstanding level of service.


  • Identifiesgaps and proactively implements solutions without waiting for direction.


  • Comfortableinand thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity,and where success is measuredcollectively, not individually.

  • A creative mind withanability to suggest improvements.


  • Able to respond after hours for emergencies and able to work outside of designated hours as needed.


  • Full knowledge of MS Office Suite - Word/Excel/PowerPoint.


  • Active duties requiring walking, standing, reaching, bending, and crouching as part of daily activities.

In accordance with various US state laws, the range provided is the Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and location.All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as variable compensation-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year. Employees can also purchase The Trade Desk stock at a discount through The Trade Desk's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is
$43,800 $80,300 USD
